You’ve tried other diets in the past.
You have will power. It’s not that you don’t have the desire or the focus. But for some reason, it just doesn’t stick and you end up right back where you started.
I know how you feel. I tried to lose weight and lean out so many times and could not figure out why it wasn’t working.
It sucked. And you know what really sucked about it?
It’s that I loved to work out!
I even owned a Crossfit gym and still just never felt ‘good’ about how I looked or preformed.
So I know it isn’t about the workouts.
It’s about the nutrition.
It wasn’t because I didn’t care about what I ate. Or didn’t put in effort.
It totally wasn’t because I didn’t complain enough about it, I can promise you that!
Now I know it’s that I was screwed up from all the crazy information out there and not having someone to lean on and trust.
I had no where to turn to just say, “How do I dooo this?’
(These are some people I've helped lose fat!)
It doesn’t have to be that hard. Like truly.
Once I had it all figured out, and became a (self appointed) Nutrition Ninja, I wanted to whisper in everyone’s ear and tell them how to do it too.
I get it. You have a busy life. A job, a social life, kids events and family.
may be doing well and then something knocks you off your plan. You
feel like a failure and start saying things like ‘I was bad’ or ‘I can’t
do this’. And that is just not true! You just need a new way, a way
that works with your lifestyle and your habits.
Flexible dieting is that way.
Flexible dieting allows you to stay on track regardless of what circumstances may throw at you.
I had my daughter I gained close to 80 pounds (whatever…I’m an
overachiever!) and took the majority of it off those first 3 years.
But the hardest part was the last 20 pounds. When I leaned on Flexible Dieting, everything changed.
And I can help you too.
This is what you’ll learn:
Module 1: Why Your Other Diets Failed!
This is a breakdown explaining the basics of how your metabolism works, why your other diets didn’t work and how this time can be different. Understanding these essential components make understanding Flexible Dieting really ‘click’ so you can be super successful.
Module 1.2: What Are Macros?
Here we’ll get a better understanding of ‘Macros’ and what they really are, how they work with your body and why we need a good balance for optimum performance both aesthetically and in the gym.
Module 2: What IS Flexible Dieting?
You have probably heard of ‘IIFYM’ or ‘Counting your macros’
or maybe even ‘Flexible Dieting’. We go over what it actually IS and
what it ISN’T so you avoid the pitfalls so often found by others trying
to start a new program on their own that they don’t full understand.
Module 3: How to weigh, track and measure.
Understanding the proper way to weigh, track and measure your
food is a key component to being successful at Flexible Dieting. I
share the secrets, the unknown tricks and solid advice on how to be sure
you are getting all the nutrients you need.
Module 4: Calculating YOUR Macros.
Learning the steps and the ‘why’ behind a proper macro
nutrient profile is key to developing your own. In this, we go over the
basics before launching into the nitty gritty in module 4.1.
Module 4.1: How Many Macros Do YOU Need?
In this module I help walk you through calculating your very
own individualized macro nutrient profile. It may be leaning out,
bulking or maintaining what you have in a simpler way. It is all mapped
out for you here with an easy to follow system so you understand why we
are choosing the plan that we are.
Module 5: Refeeds & Adjustments.
Now that you’ve got your individualized profile ready to go, you need to understand how to adjust it so that it can mesh with how you live and eat now. To avoid plateaus and stagnation, you need to be able to identify when it’s time to recalculate or when its time to just make tweaks so you can continue to move forward toward your goals. Understanding this concept, as well as when to add in ‘refeeds’ and how to use them to keep your plan on track, is incredibly important in the process of successful Flexible Dieting.
