This program is for someone who has already been Flexible Dieting and needs their macros recalculated OR someone who has done research and is ready to live a flexible dieting approach, by tracking fat, carbs and protein.

The idea behind flexible dieting, is that no foods are off limits, as long as you balance them out and stay within your prescribed target range. I will give you a document, along with your macros, that describe everything you need to know to get started!

Macronutrients include Fat, Carbohydrates and Protein and all our food is made up with one or all of these 'macros'. By controlling and adjusting your daily macro intake, you can get lean, increase your strength and endurance and finally look the way you want.
